Who is LiLisa Williams?
Lilisa J. Williams, is the Director of Faculty and Staff Development at Hudson County Community College
with over twenty years of combined management and leadership experience in higher education and corporate
training. She has previously served as the Associate Director of College Bound (a grant-funded program at
Essex County College from 2000-2004) and Training Coordinator/Quality Assurance Specialist for The
Kintock Group from 2008-2011. Her current responsibilities include planning, researching, and developing a
variety of professional development activities at HCCC. Her role involves high levels of collaboration with
faculty, deans, student affairs leaders, and other college departments. During her tenure at HCCC, she has
served on the following committees, Guided Pathways, Standard III of the Middle States Accreditation team,
and was recently selected to Co-Chair the President’s Advisory Council on Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion.
She is a Life Coach and entrepreneur. Lilisa holds an Associates’ Degree in Business/Public Administration
from Union County College, a Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science from FDU, and a Masters of Business
Administration in Human Resources Management from FDU. She is currently enrolled in the Diversity and
Inclusion certificate program at eCornell.
